Returns & Exchanges Policy – Tranquil Bath Co.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for products that are:

  • New and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all included accessories, manuals, and components
  • Free from signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used or installed.

Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 days, returns cannot be accepted unless the item is defective or covered under warranty.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect purchase, or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Our Error or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Tranquil Bath Co. will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

How to Start a Return or Exchange (RMA Process)

To begin a return or exchange:

  1. Email our support team at support@tranquilbathco.com with your order number and reason for the request.
  2. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the package according to the provided instructions.
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund, including all applicable shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined above.

For custom-built or made-to-order products, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Processing Time

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process.

Once your original item is received and approved, we’ll ship your replacement item.

For faster service, customers may also place a new order while the return is being processed.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
